Return Policy

1. General Information

This Return Policy applies to all products sold by GLISTERRA SRL, headquartered in Bistrița-Năsăud County, Bistrița Municipality, 42 Lupeni St., CUI 50963384, Trade Register No. J2024045481004, via the website https://glisterra.net/. This policy is drafted in accordance with Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, individual consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing a reason, within 14 calendar days from:

  • The date the product was received, or

  • The date the last product was received, in the case of an order with multiple deliveries. This right applies only to natural persons (individuals), not to legal entities (businesses).

3. Return Conditions

To be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as it was delivered.

  • It must show no signs of wear, assembly, cutting, modification, or damage.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging (where possible).

  • It must be accompanied by all received accessories and documents. Customized products, products cut to specific sizes, or those made to special order are not eligible for return, according to Art. 16 of OUG 34/2014.

4. Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a return request to the address: glisterra@yahoo.com

  2. Request a return number and instructions.

  3. Pack the product appropriately to prevent damage during transport.

  4. Ship via courier to the address provided by GLISTERRA SRL.

5. Return Costs

  • The shipping cost for the return is borne by the customer.

  • In cases where the product is defective, incorrectly delivered, or non-compliant, the costs will be borne by GLISTERRA SRL.

6. Reimbursement of Funds

GLISTERRA SRL will refund the value of the returned products within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the return is received. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed. Initial delivery costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is caused by our error.

7. Products Ineligible for Return

The following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Products cut or modified according to customer requirements.

  • Products showing signs of use, assembly, or damage.

8. Returns for Legal Entities

For orders placed by legal entities (B2B), the right of return applies only according to the contractual terms agreed upon between the parties. OUG 34/2014 does not apply to legal entities.

9. Product Exchange

Exchanging products is only possible after the return has been received and the condition of the product has been verified. A new order will then be issued.

10. Products Damaged Upon Delivery

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Notify us within a maximum of 24 hours.

  • Attach relevant photos.

  • Do not use the product.
